how big was the place u kept them in? what about temperature? do u think all of the attention u and i’m assuming friends or bros have been giving her has frightened her and she felt threatened? sometimes, if the mother feels there’s not enough space or resources for them to thrive, she’ll sacrifice the babies…evolutionarily speaking, she did this to save energy for herself so that in the future when she does have more resources she can provide the best care

in the future, if momma has more babies…make sure there’s alot of food, water, shelter, bedding (u can use tissues and she’ll rip them up to make bedding)…u can use like a cigar box and lay tissues in the cage anywhere and she’ll rip pieces up to make bedding

don’t give her TOO much attention, that could make her feel threatened…give her less if any, just make sure she has food and stuff

also take out the father and separate him while they’re nursing, he will sometimes eat the babies to make room for more babies…basically he just wants to have more sex with the mommy while she only wants to take care of the babies
